  1  3    #1. Page 3, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "occurred," the following:  "and where the alleged
  1  5 act, omission, or occurrence took place more than
  1  6 twenty miles from a city with a population of more
  1  7 than fifteen thousand and in a county with a
  1  8 population of less than fifteen thousand,".
