  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 28, line 2, by striking the word "The"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "If an enactment of the
  1  5 Seventy-seventh General Assembly, 1997 Session,
  1  6 creates a surcharge on criminal fines and forfeitures
  1  7 from which the proceeds are deposited to counties and
  1  8 which may be used for the costs of county or
  1  9 multicounty juvenile detention homes, the".
