  1  1    Amend House File 715, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 32, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "___.  If 1997 Iowa Acts, Senate File 532, or other
  1  6 law relating to the imposition of school fees is
  1  7 enacted and results in an increase in school fees in
  1  8 excess of the school fee reimbursement amount allowed
  1  9 for foster care, the department of human services
  1 10 shall consult with the department of education in
  1 11 adopting emergency rules to provide for claims by
  1 12 foster care providers to cover the excess amount."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
