  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3527, to Senate File
  1  2 529, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 6.
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 and 24 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "from winning tickets back
  1  7 on the equipment.  However, such lottery equipment may
  1  8 be leased or purchased if the credits from winning
  1  9 tickets are printed out on a receipt".
  1 10    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 26 through 31.
