  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  5 department of corrections make all reasonable efforts,
  1  6 including use of any available funds, to commence
  1  7 operations at the Fort Dodge correctional facility as
  1  8 soon as possible."
