  1  1    Amend Senate File 503 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, line 31, by striking the words "one
  1  3 hundred fifty thousand" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "one million".
  1  5    #2.  Page 13, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "estate." the following:  "The obligation to pay the
  1  7 additional amount shall not be dischargeable in any
  1  8 proceeding under the federal Bankruptcy Act."
