  1  1    Amend Senate File 291 follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "The department is not required to review or
  1  5 approve a contract provided for under this section.  A
  1  6 contract executed in violation of this section is
  1  7 voidable in an action brought in district court by a
  1  8 party to the contract who sells grain to a grain
  1  9 dealer."
