  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3090, to House File 8, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 36 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#___.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "mandates" the following:  ", removing the limit
  1  8 on the amount of state reimbursement to local
  1  9 governments for the homestead property tax credit, and
  1 10 providing an appropriation and an applicability
  1 11 date"."
