  1  1    Amend Senate File 472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "operation, if the person is
  1  4 a party to a pending legal or administrative action,
  1  5 including a contested case proceeding under chapter
  1  6 17A, relating to an alleged violation involving an
  1  7 animal feeding operation as regulated by the
  1  8 department of natural resources, regardless of whether
  1  9 the pending action is brought by the department or the
  1 10 attorney general."
  1 11    #2.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the words "by the
  1 12 department pursuant to section 455B.141."
