  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  Section 657.11, Code 1997, is
  1  5 repealed."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "Act" the following:  "relating to animal feeding
  1  8 operation structures, by".
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "structure" the following:  "and eliminating
  1 11 protection against nuisance suits".
