  1  1    Amend Senate File 472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by inserting before the word
  1  3 "A" the following:  "1.  a."
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, line 9, by striking the words "The
  1  5 person".
  1  6    #3.  Page 1, line 10, by inserting before the word
  1  7 "shall" the following:
  1  8    "b.  A person".
  1  9    #4.  Page 1, by inserting after line 16 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "2.  This section shall not prohibit a person from
  1 12 completing the construction or expansion of an animal
  1 13 feeding operation structure if the person has obtained
  1 14 a permit for the construction or expansion of the
  1 15 animal feeding operation structure or the person is
  1 16 not required to obtain a permit for the structure's
  1 17 construction or expansion."
