  1  1    Amend Senate File 361 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 20, by striking the words "a
  1  3 public school corporation" and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "an eligible postsecondary institution as
  1  5 defined in section 261C.3, subsection 1, a school
  1  6 corporation,".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, lines 21 and 22, by striking the words
  1  8 "a public school corporation" and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "the eligible postsecondary institution,
  1 10 school corporation,".
  1 11    #3.  Page 2, line 23, by striking the words ", as
  1 12 described" and inserting the following:  "that
  1 13 includes, but is not limited to, the components
  1 14 provided for".
  1 15    #4.  Page 2, line 24, by inserting after the word
  1 16 and figure "subsection 2" the following:  ",
  1 17 paragraphs "a" through "f"".
  1 18    #5.  Page 2, line 26, by striking the words
  1 19 "student's district of residence" and inserting the
  1 20 following:  "receiving district".
  1 21    #6.  Page 2, line 27, by striking the words "as
  1 22 described" and inserting the following:  "that
  1 23 includes, but is not limited to, the components
  1 24 provided for".
  1 25    #7.  Page 2, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1 26 and figure "subsection 2" the following:  ",
  1 27 paragraphs "a" through "f",".
  1 28    #8.  Page 3, by striking line 2 and inserting the
  1 29 following:  "to-work program that includes, but is not
  1 30 limited to, the components provided for in section
  1 31 258.10, subsection 2, paragraphs "a" through "f"."
