  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting before line 5 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "If the property subject to tax under this
  1  6 subsection is owned by a county, the maximum rate of
  1  7 tax on gambling game receipts at the racetrack and
  1  8 racetrack enclosure is twenty-two percent."
