  1  1    Amend Senate File 246 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  3 following:  
  1  4                      "DIVISION IV
  1  5    Sec.    .  Section 321.1, subsection 4, Code 1997,
  1  6 is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    4.  "All-terrain vehicle" means a motor vehicle
  1  8 designed to travel on three or more wheels and
  1  9 designed primarily for off-road use but not including
  1 10 farm tractors or equipment, construction equipment,
  1 11 forestry vehicles, or lawn and grounds maintenance
  1 12 vehicles."
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 14 word "vehicles" the following:  "including the
  1 15 definition of all-terrain vehicle and".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
