  1  1    Amend Senate File 132 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 10, line 31, through page 11,
  1  3 line 6, and inserting the following:
  1  4    "b.  Notwithstanding any provision of any
  1  5 applicable insurance policy or contract to the
  1  6 contrary, the motor vehicle liability insurance of the
  1  7 driver of the motor vehicle or of any other person
  1  8 vicariously liable for the negligence of the driver of
  1  9 the motor vehicle shall be primary and the motor
  1 10 vehicle liability insurance of the owner to whom
  1 11 liability is imputed under this section shall be
  1 12 secondary.  As used in this paragraph, "motor vehicle
  1 13 liability insurance" means a liability policy of any
  1 14 kind, including, but not limited to, a policy insuring
  1 15 against liability for property damage, bodily injury,
  1 16 or death arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or
  1 17 use of a motor vehicle."
