  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 34, lines 5 and 6, by striking the words
  1  3 "one-half the membership of the committee" and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "one-half the membership of
  1  5 the committee committee members according to committee
  1  6 rules, but no more than one-third of the committee
  1  7 members shall be required".
