  1  1    Section 1.  Section 481A.39, Code 1997, is amended by
  1  2 adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  3    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  The commission shall not
  1  4 restrict the hunting of deer by parties or groups if the
  1  5 weapons used by the hunters are legal for the hunting season.  
  1  6                           EXPLANATION
  1  7    This bill provides that the natural resource commission
  1  8 shall not restrict the hunting of deer by parties or groups if
  1  9 the weapons used by the hunters are legal for the hunting
  1 10 season.
