1 7 NEW PARAGRAPH. g. Annual hunting license for legal
1 8 residents sixty-five years of age or older ............ $10.50
1 9 Sec. 3. Section 483A.1, subsection 3, Code 1997, is
1 10 amended to read as follows:
1 11 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 12 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided ... $23.00
1 13 b. Annual license for residents sixty-five years of age or
1 14 older ............................................. $ 21.00
1 15 EXPLANATION
1 16 This bill establishes an annual fishing license, an annual
1 17 hunting license, and a combined annual hunting and fishing
1 18 license for residents who are 65 years of age or older. The
1 19 fees for the licenses are $8.50 for fishing, $10.50 for
1 20 hunting, and $21.00 for the combined hunting and fishing
1 21 license.
