1 1 Section 1. NEW SECTION. 99E.9A RADIO AND TELEVISION
1 2 ADVERTISING AND MARKETING PROHIBITED.
1 3 The advertising, marketing, or promoting of any lottery
1 4 game authorized pursuant to this chapter using the radio or
1 5 television media is prohibited.
1 6 Sec. 2. APPLICABILITY. This Act applies to advertising
1 7 and marketing contracts and agreements entered into on or
1 8 after the effective date of this Act.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill prohibits the advertising, promoting, or
1 11 marketing of lottery games authorized pursuant to chapter 99E
1 12 using the radio or television media. This prohibition will
1 13 affect marketing and advertising contracts and agreements
1 14 entered into on or after the effective date of this bill.
