1 39 "___. It is the intent of the general assembly and
1 40 the purpose of this division that the state encourage
1 41 Iowa agricultural industry ventures which support the
1 42 production, processing, and marketing of high value
1 43 manufactured products.""
1 44 #6. Page 4, by inserting after line 26, the

1 47 as an Iowa agricultural industry venture as provided
1 48 according to the terms of an agreement executed by the
