  1  1    Amend Senate File 2415, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1. Page 16, by inserting before line 2, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "(__)  The corporation has evaluated the impact of
  1  6 the construction, expansion, or acquisition of the
  1  7 certified facility on other businesses in competition
  1  8 with the facility.  The corporation shall make a good
  1  9 faith effort to identify those businesses within the
  1 10 area in competition with the certified facility, and
  1 11 the probability that the construction, expansion, or
  1 12 acquisition of the certified facility will displace
  1 13 employees of existing businesses."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
