  1  7    #3.  Title page 1, line 12 by striking the word ",
  1  8 to" and inserting the following: "and to".
  1  9    #4.  Title page 1, lines 13 through 16, by striking
  1 10 the words ", and for deposit in the rural enterprise
  1 11 fund to be used for a dry fire hydrant and rural water
  1 12 supply education and demonstration project".
