  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 45, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  6 general assembly evaluate the impact of the imposition
  1  7 of the replacement tax for purposes of determining
  1  8 whether this subsection shall remain in effect and
  1  9 whether a determination shall be made as to the
  1 10 necessity of a recalculation as provided in this
  1 11 subsection for tax years beginning after tax year
  1 12 2000."
