  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-9118, to House File
  1  2 2498, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "If a headquarters building and related facilities
  1  7 are acquired, the Iowa public employees' retirement
  1  8 system division shall reimburse the city or other
  1  9 local government where the building and related
  1 10 facilities are located for police and fire
  1 11 protection."
