1 4 #1. Page 4, line 33, by inserting after the word
1 5 "proceeding" the following: "after proper service of
1 6 notice".
1 7 #2. Page 4, line 34, by inserting after the word
1 8 "granted," the following: "enter a default decision
1 9 or".
1 10 #3. Page 4, line 39, by inserting after the word
1 11 "days" the following: ", or such period of time as
1 12 otherwise specified by statute or rule,".
1 13 #4. Page 4, line 43, by inserting after the words
1 14 "officer is" the following: "timely".
1 15 #5. Page 4, by striking lines 44 through 46 and
1 16 inserting the following: "to vacate the decision for
1 17 good cause, the time for initiating a further appeal
1 18 is".
1 19 #6. Page 5, by striking lines 5 through 9 and
1 20 inserting the following: "officer shall deny the
1 21 motion to vacate.""
1 22 #7. Page 5, line 24, by striking the words "or
1 23 conclusion of law".
1 24 #8. Page 5, line 26, by striking the words "or
