  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8994, to House File
  1  2 2164, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 15E.193, subsection 1,
  1  6 paragraph a, Code Supplement 1997, is amended to read
  1  7 as follows:
  1  8    a.  Is not a retail business, a business holding a
  1  9 sales tax permit, or a business where entrance is
  1 10 limited by a cover charge or membership requirement."
