1 2 the Senate, as follows:
1 3 #1. Page 3, line 22, by striking the words "tax
1 4 or" and inserting the following: "tax,".
1 5 #2. Page 3, line 23, by inserting after the word
1 6 "taxes," the following: "or enacting, amending, or
1 7 repealing provisions relating to any state-imposed fee
1 8 which exceeds one hundred dollars,".
1 9 #3. Page 3, line 24, by inserting after the word
1 10 "taxes" the following: "or fees".
1 11 #4. Page 3, line 25, by inserting after the word
1 12 "tax" the following: "or fee".
1 13 #5. Page 3, line 30, by inserting after the word
1 14 "government." the following: "The requirements of
1 15 this section apply to any fee imposed by the state
1 16 which exceeds one hundred dollars, regardless of the
1 17 means of collection, and which is collected in
1 18 exchange for goods or services provided by state
1 19 government."
