1 8 "Sec. ___. SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATORS. There is
1 9 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 10 department of human services for the fiscal year
1 11 beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the
1 12 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 13 to be used for the purpose designated:
1 14 For costs associated with the commitment and
1 15 treatment of sexually violent predators:
1 16 .................................................. $ 500,000"
1 17 #3. Page 66, line 3, by inserting after the word
1 18 "population." the following: "The task force
1 19 deliberations shall incorporate the provisions of any
1 20 initial program created by law for the commitment and
1 21 treatment of sexually violent predators."
