  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 52, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "If a resignation, retirement, or other change in
  1  6 staffing reducing the number of full-time equivalent
  1  7 positions responsible for mental health or mental
  1  8 retardation services in a local office of the
  1  9 department causes the county to which the local office
  1 10 is assigned to assume responsibilities previously
  1 11 performed by the department's positions, the
  1 12 department shall reimburse the county for the increase
  1 13 in costs connected with the responsibilities assumed."
