  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8881, to Senate File 2280,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 27, by inserting after line 16 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  GAMBLING TREATMENT FUND.  There shall
  1  9 be appropriated from the general fund of the state to
  1 10 the gambling treatment fund established pursuant to
  1 11 section 99E.10, subsection 1, paragraph "a", the
  1 12 amount of $1,100,000 for the fiscal year beginning
  1 13 July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999.""
