1 4 #1. By striking page 1, line 38, through page 3,
1 5 line 46, and inserting the following:

1 7 23, line 24.
1 8 # . Page 23, by inserting after line 31 the
1 9 following:
1 10 "Sec. ___. Section 99D.15, Code 1997, is amended
1 11 by adding the following new subsection:
1 12 NEW SUBSECTION. 5. Of the tax revenue received by
1 13 the commission pursuant to subsections 1, 3, and 4, an
1 14 amount equal to three-tenths of one percent of the
1 15 gross sum wagered by the pari-mutuel method at each
1 16 racetrack shall be deposited in the gambling treatment
1 17 fund specified in section 99E.10, subsection 1,
1 18 paragraph "a".
1 19 # . Page 24, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
1 20 inserting the following: "subsection 3, shall be
1 21 deposited in a".
