  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 21, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "authorization" the following:  ", with the exception
  1  5 of smoking cessation products,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 22, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "___.  The department shall include payment for
  1  9 smoking cessation products under the medical
  1 10 assistance program.  The department shall consult with
  1 11 the drug utilization review commission in expanding
  1 12 the drug prior authorization program to include
  1 13 smoking cessation products.  The department shall
  1 14 adopt emergency rules to implement this subsection."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
