  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8847, to House File 2506 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 10 through 20 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "3.  All nonresident licensed commercial mussel
  1  6 fishers shall conform with the regulations of the
  1  7 state in which they are fishing.  However, if the
  1  8 regulations of the licensee's state of residence are
  1  9 more restrictive, the licensee must conform with the
  1 10 more restrictive regulations."
