  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-8666, to House File
  1  2 681, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 49 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 5, line 32, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "applies." the following:  "The party seeking
  1  8 disclosure shall be provided with a copy of the
  1  9 environmental audit report at least ten days prior to
  1 10 the in camera hearing unless the court or presiding
  1 11 officer orders a shorter or longer time.  The court or
  1 12 presiding officer may issue appropriate protective
  1 13 orders to ensure privileged information is not
  1 14 released to third parties during the proceedings.""
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
