  1  1    Amend Senate File 2353, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 279.51, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  6 c, Code Supplement 1997, is amended to read as
  1  7 follows:"
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 15 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "organizations and agencies.
  1 10 A school that received a grant during the fiscal year
  1 11 beginning July 1, 1993, is ineligible to receive a
  1 12 grant under this paragraph."
  1 13    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 19 through 27 and
  1 14 inserting the following:
  1 15    "Sec. ___.  Section 279.51, subsection 1, paragraph
  1 16 e, Code Supplement 1997, is amended by striking the
  1 17 paragraph."
  1 18    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
