  1  1    Amend Senate File 2380, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "carrier." the following:  "Any access service rate
  1  5 reductions approved by the board under this
  1  6 subparagraph shall be made by crediting each
  1  7 customer's monthly bill for interexchange services for
  1  8 the amount of the access service rate reduction
  1  9 applicable to the billed interexchange services for
  1 10 the month, and by crediting the same amount to the
  1 11 corresponding bill of the interexchange carrier which
  1 12 provided the interexchange services."
