  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8796, to Senate File 2391,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 35, by inserting after the figure
  1  5 "155A" the following:  "or if the substance was
  1  6 dispensed by a pharmacist without a prescription
  1  7 pursuant to the rules of the board of pharmacy
  1  8 examiners".
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "practitioner" the following:  "or pharmacist".
  1 11    #3.  Page 1, line 42, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "prescribed" the following:  "or dispensed".
