  1  1    Amend Senate File 187, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 481A.130, subsection 1,
  1  6 paragraph c, Code 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    c.  For each bird or animal or the raw pelt or
  1  8 plumage of such bird or animal for which damages are
  1  9 not otherwise prescribed, fifty dollars.  If a value
  1 10 higher than the value prescribed in this section is
  1 11 established for a bird or animal, the higher value
  1 12 shall be reimbursed to the state."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
