  1  2    #1.  Page 12, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "It is the intent of the general assembly that
  1  5 pari-mutuel advertising shall not focus on children,
  1  6 shall inform the public on the uses of pari-mutuel
  1  7 wagering and slot machine proceeds, and shall focus on
  1  8 pari-mutuel wagering and slot machines as
  1  9 entertainment in lieu of potential winnings."
