  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "district." the following:  "A student intern shall
  1  6 have graduated from an approved practitioner
  1  7 preparation program offered by an institution of
  1  8 higher education under the state board of regents or
  1  9 an accredited private institution as defined in
  1 10 section 261.9."
