  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  By striking page 21, line 5 through page 22,
  1  5 line 18.
  1  6    #2.  Page 22, by inserting after line 39 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  Section 294A.25, Code Supplement 1997,
  1  9 is amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1 10    NEW SUBSECTION.  2A.  For the fiscal year beginning
  1 11 July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, a supplemental
  1 12 allocation amount of two million four hundred thousand
  1 13 dollars for phase II distribution as provided in
  1 14 section 294A.9."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
