1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8616, to Senate File 2366,
1 2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 17, by striking lines 38 and 39 and
1 5 inserting the following: "If the total estimated
1 6 accumulated".
1 7 #2. Page 17, by striking lines 42 through 47 and
1 8 inserting the following: "employees who retire under
1 9 this section does not exceed the estimated savings in
1 10 salaries and benefits for employees who replace the
1 11 employees who retire under the program, the board may
1 12 include in the district management levy an amount to
1 13 pay the costs of the program provided in this
1 14 section."
1 15 #3. Page 19, by inserting after line 28 the
1 16 following:
1 17 "7. A teacher receiving a national board
1 18 certification registration or annual award under
1 19 section 256.44 shall be ineligible for an award under
1 20 the instructional leadership pilot program as
1 21 established in this section."
1 22 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
