1 2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as

1 4 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 12 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "Sec. ___. DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES. There is
1 7 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 8 department of human services for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the
1 10 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 11 to be transferred for child and family services to be
1 12 used to provide school-based supervision of children
1 13 adjudicated under chapter 232:
1 14 .................................................. $ 3,000,000"
