  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 25 through 29 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "hearing.  The officer
  1  5 presiding over the hearing shall issue a decision
  1  6 affirming or denying the request in whole or in part
  1  7 within sixty calendar days of the hearing date."
