  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "From the funds appropriated in this subsection,
  1  5 $62,000 shall be used to supplement, not supplant, the
  1  6 amount budgeted by the department of cultural affairs
  1  7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, for the
  1  8 historical resource development program established
  1  9 pursuant to section 303.16."
