1 6 inserting the following:
1 7 "The Governor, the director of the Department of
1 8 Economic Development, the director of the Department
1 9 of Natural Resources, the Association of Business and
1 10 Industry, the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, the Iowa
1 11 Recycling Association, the Iowa Society of Solid Waste
1 12 Operations, the Iowa chapter of the National Solid
1 13 Waste Management Association, the Iowa State
1 14 Association of Counties, the Iowa League of Cities,
1 15 and the Iowa Waste Reduction Center are requested to
1 16 appoint one member each; and".
1 17 #3. Page 2, line 15, by striking the word
1 18 "regarding" and inserting the following: "addressing
1 19 strategic issues of environmental protection, economic
1 20 competitiveness, and program sustainability as they
1 21 relate to the comprehensive management of solid waste.
