1 7 $25,000 shall be used to plan and coordinate with
1 8 local and state agencies, other states, and the
1 9 federal national parks service, to administer
1 10 activities and programs leading up to and through, the
1 11 celebration of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial of
1 12 2003 through 2006."

1 16 inserting the following:

1 19 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
1 20 9. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and
1 21 ending June 30, 1999, the amount of twenty-five
1 22 thousand dollars for support of the Iowa mathematics
1 23 and science coalition from additional funds
1 24 transferred from phase I to phase III."
1 25 #5. By renumbering, relettering, and redesignating
1 26 as necessary.
