1 1 Amend Senate File 2320, as passed by the Senate, as

1 3 #1. Page 3, by inserting after line 11 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. ___. Section 99F.15, Code 1997, is amended
1 6 by adding the following new subsection:
1 7 NEW SUBSECTION. 7. A person who is employed at an
1 8 excursion gambling boat facility or a pari-mutuel
1 9 racetrack enclosure shall not wager or gamble at the
1 10 gambling facility or enclosure at which the person is
1 11 employed. A person violating the subsection is guilty
1 12 of a simple misdemeanor."
1 13 #2. Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
1 14 word "purposes," the following: "prohibiting employee
1 15 gambling and providing a penalty,".
