  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the

  1  5    "Section 1.  Section 692A.1, subsection 3,
  1  6 paragraphs a and b, Code Supplement 1997, are amended
  1  7 by striking the paragraphs."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "kidnapping," the following:  "false imprisonment,".
