  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8433, to House File 2528 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#___.  Page 3, line 23, by striking the word
  1  6 "and".
  1  7    #___.  Page 3, line 25, by inserting after the
  1  8 figure "299A.3" the following:  "and who has completed
  1  9 a six-hour driver's education instruction course
  1 10 approved by the department of education.  The
  1 11 department of education shall adopt rules pursuant to
  1 12 chapter 17A to establish and administer the six-hour
  1 13 driver's education instruction course"."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
